What's next?
This page sets out the steps involved when you choose Property Investment Providers to work for you.
Introduction
We have an initial consultation in which we discuss all your requirements. This will cover location; size; style and budget. This consultation is free & will not commit you to any further action.
Instruction
Should you then decide to retain Property Investment Providers, business terms & conditions will be agreed and an initial deposit paid.
Selection
We will search & select properties from our extensive database and provide a short list of those that match your specification. We will then preview and report back our findings then accompany you to the viewings.
Purchase
Once you have found your property we will (if desired) negotiate on your behalf and manage the buying/letting process right through to completion. We can also advise you on the appointment of surveyors, solicitors & any other professional help required.
Refurbishment
We can if required, provide a full & complete refurbishment service by working with you in collaboration with tried, tested and trusted long-standing partners in all required discpilines & skills.
Fee structure
Deposit
We charge an initial retainer fee, payable on instruction. This fee is refunded at the end of a successful acquisition.
Acquisition fee
Acquisition and Rental Search fees available on request.
